Where is Bocean Villa?
Bocean Villa is on the hillside above the fishing village of Canaries, on the west coast of St. Lucia. Soufrière town and the Pitons are about 20 minutes' drive away, Anse La Raye is about 15 minutes, and Canaries village is a 10-minute walk.
How many guests does the villa sleep?
Up to 8 guests, in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom and a balcony looking over the sea.
Do we have the villa to ourselves?
Yes. You rent the whole villa, including the infinity pool, terrace and garden. It is never shared with other guests. If your group is smaller, you can book fewer bedrooms and the unused rooms stay closed.
How much does it cost?
From US$280 a night for 2 guests, plus US$30 a night for each additional guest. There are no extra taxes added at the moment. You can see the exact price for your dates on our booking page.
How do I book and pay?
Book directly on our website: choose your dates, guests and bedrooms, and you will see the full price. You pay a 50% deposit by card to confirm, and the balance is due 11 days before arrival. If your stay starts within 30 days, the full amount is paid when you book. You can also reserve by WhatsApp on +1 (758) 719-2837.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Check-in is self-service with a lockbox, and we share the code before you arrive. Let us know your arrival and departure times and we will try to be flexible.
Can you arrange airport transfers, a car or a chef?
Yes. Our concierge can arrange arrival and departure transfers, car rental, an on-call driver, tours and excursions, a private chef and massage at the villa. Just ask when you book.
Is there anywhere to eat nearby?
Yes. Adeline's Art Cafe is right across the road, and Claudia's Kitchen is a short way down the road, both favourites with our guests. Canaries village also has small shops for groceries.
Can I hold a small wedding or engagement at the villa?
Bocean Villa is a private setting for small weddings, engagements and pre-wedding getaways. Get in touch to talk through your plans.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the villa, and only guests on the booking may stay or visit.
